Job Description
1、Execute standard operating procedures across all kitchen stations.
2、Ensure all dishes meet established plating and quality standards.
3、Manage inventory, including food supplies, kitchen materials, equipment, and fixed assets.
4、Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
5、Assist the store manager in controlling procurement costs and reducing food waste.
6、Complete tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
