Production Management Trainee

1.Participate in rotational training and learning across different manufacturing production lines to gain comprehensive operational knowledge.
2.Receive training on system operations, including production and management-related software.
3.Develop management and leadership capabilities through structured training and practical experience.

• Willing to undergo comprehensive training in Taiwan for 1–2 years. (Employee dormitory provided)

• Chinese proficiency level of B1 or above is required.

• Must be able to work in a standing position.
