Job Description
Front Desk Specialist
1. Provide services and handle daily room reservations and allocations.
2. Serve guests with a customer-first approach during check-in and check-out procedures.
3. Provide guest services, manage on-site operations, and perform administrative tasks.
Job Requirement
Guest service desk specialist, must be fluent in both Chinese and English.
