Job Description
Join Ingrasys (鴻佰科技) - a global leading cloud infrastructure provider. This position is a core critical role within the MPM team, where you will serve as the leader responsible for Manufacturing NPI (New Product Introduction) project implementation. Your mission is to ensure that new products transition smoothly, efficiently, and with high standards from design to mass production across our global manufacturing sites. This is a challenging and strategically important role; your coordination and management skills will directly determine the product's time-to-market and success rate.
Core Responsibilities - Focused on Factory NPI Implementation
■ NPI Project Leadership & Manufacturing Readiness:
Lead all project activities on the factory side from the Design Verification Test (EVT/DVT) phase through to Mass Production (MP).
Track key preparatory items for each NPI phase (e.g., processes, equipment, SOPs) and ensure products can be shipped smoothly and efficiently.
■ Project Integration & Problem Solving:
Coordinate and integrate project progress, acting as the core manufacturing contact person.
Lead the tracking and resolution of project issues, effectively coordinating resources across cross-functional teams (e.g., RD, Engineering, Production, QA) to ensure all problems are eliminated within the scheduled timeframe.
■ Customer Interface & QBR Business Handling:
Maintain excellent communication with customers, understanding and managing their expectations and demands regarding mass production.
Host visiting customers and assist in handling QBR (Quarterly Business Review) related business matters to drive project progression.
■ Global Manufacturing Support & Resource Coordination:
In line with business needs, travel regularly to U.S. and Mexico sites to perform on-site initiation, production line validation, and troubleshooting of NPI projects, ensuring the smooth launch of mass production at overseas manufacturing bases.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
2. Experience in manufacturing operations, production management, or NPI project support.
3. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, production planning, and inventory management.
4. Experience with factory layout, line setup, and production process optimization.
5. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Fluent in English and Spanish.
