Job Description
1. New Product Introduction (NPI).
2. Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation.
3. Maintenance of production systems.
4. Preparation of engineering documents.
5. Technology transfer to overseas factories.
6. Troubleshooting of production issues.
7. Assignments delegated by senior engineers and management.

Job Requirement
1. Engineering-related major preferred.(Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field is preferred.)
2. Good proficiency in English reading and writing. (Strong English reading and writing skills.)
3. Strong teamwork spirit and excellent communication and coordination skills.
