Job Description
Learn the Operations of a Premium Brunch Restaurant
Understand the complete service flow and daily operational procedures of Q Burger’s brunch concept.
Hands-on Practice in Four Major Workstations:
a. Griddle Station: Temperature control, ingredient preparation, and grilling techniques.
b. Bread Station: Knife skills and bread toasting techniques.
c. Front Counter & Cashier: Customer greeting and sales recommendation, POS system operation.
d. Beverage Station: Drink preparation, coffee brewing, and latte art skills.
Food Quality and Safety Management
Learn to maintain meal quality and ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
Opening and Closing Procedures
Gain practical knowledge of store opening and closing routines, including preparation, cleaning, and inventory checks.
Job Requirement
Adaptable, energetic, and suited for the fast-moving pace of breakfast operations.
