Customer Service Engineer

1. Provide domestic and international machine installation and after-sales service.
2. Prepare operation, maintenance, and repair manuals for equipment.
3. Offer after-sales technical support and product consultation, including remote assistance and on-site service both domestically and internationally.
4. Respond promptly to customer technical issues, perform fault diagnosis during service requests, and provide solutions.
5. Write technical documents and reports, offering operational and maintenance recommendations.
6. Conduct technical communication with domestic and international customers to enhance satisfaction.
7. Record customer feedback, maintenance cases, and product status to facilitate product specification improvements or service process enhancements.
8. Complete tasks assigned by the company or supervisors.
