Overseas Sales Assistant

1. Handle order shipment arrangements and related tasks.
2. Assist customers with product price inquiries and quotation-related issues.
3. Organize, file, and track department-related documents, and respond to customer emails within the required timeframe.
4. Compile and maintain customer contact information.
5. Assist sales representatives with internal administrative tasks related to sales operations.
6. Regularly prepare sales performance reports for reference by sales staff or department supervisors.
7. Manage customer reception and visit arrangements.
8. Be familiar with company products, regulations, and operational procedures.
9. Complete tasks assigned by the company or supervisors.

學位要求 Technical school, Bachelor’s degree or above

英文能力要求 Fluent; TOEIC score of 700 or above (or equivalent certification).
