Overseas Business Development Specialist

1. International Market Development & Customer Relationship Management
• Actively explore overseas markets and cooperation opportunities to expand business reach.
• Maintain relationships with existing overseas clients, establish strong partnerships, and create new business opportunities.
2. New Business Development & Market Research
• Develop potential clients through online platforms, international exhibitions, and B2B channels such as LinkedIn.
• Provide professional industry solutions and negotiate cooperation plans according to customer needs, maximizing mutual benefits.
3.Order Management & Shipment Coordination
• Handle quotations, order processing, and shipment arrangements to ensure smooth transactions.
• Coordinate export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping arrangements, etc.) and logistics to ensure compliance with international trade procedures.
4. Trade Payment & Risk Control
• Manage letters of credit (L/C), telegraphic transfers (T/T), and other payment methods to ensure transaction safety.
• Assist with payment collection and reconciliation to minimize financial risks.
5. Market Data Collection & Business Analysis
• Conduct market trend analysis, gather industry information, and provide business development insights.
• Collect competitor and customer information to strengthen the company’s competitiveness.
6. Internal Coordination & Cross-Department Collaboration
• Communicate and coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and accurate order fulfillment.
• Support related administrative tasks and assist in handling business correspondence.
